• Question: why are albino people always white/pale why arent they a different colour (e.g. red)

      This is because the mutation that causes Albinism (the condition of being an Albino) causes the sufferer to have no pigmentation at all, rather than have a white pigment. The outcome of having no pigmentation is the pale colour we see. We see albinism in lots of other animals too!
