• Question: were u want you job to take you?

      I’d like my job to take me to France for a bit if possible – we have offices in Toulouse which is a great city.

      I’d like to go up to Greenland where they are currently drilling.

      Do you mean in terms of career path – where I want to end up? Well, I’m ‘there’ already – going any ‘further’ in career roles would mean doing too much management and not enough science, so I don’t really want that. I want to stay where I am and keep trying to do things that will be useful.

      Or do you mean where on the planet? I have never been to Africa, New Zealand, or Brazil. These are all places where I might be able to go to conferences, so I am waiting for that. I’d love to see Greenland too, before it really becomes green.
