A gift. Civilisation would never have got off the ground if we couldn’t see – we rely on it for almost everything!

Everything has its ups and downs – sight has evolved because it has extremely useful survival value, but we also tend to rely on it too much. We are helpless in the dark, because our brains are so enthralled with sight that they haven’t bothered to develop echolocation. On balance though, I’d say “gift”.

thats a good question cuz you can see beautiful stuff but you can also see horrible stuff like someone being killed or some one bieng tortured. you can decide on this question when you are witnessing something because this question depends on what you see.
