Question: I have always thought if artificial inteligence could do some stuff- i am sure that you have seen knight rider but is it true that it is not capible of feeling emotions scince it is a concious beam.

  This is one of the biggest and most difficult questions in science – could a computer that we created actually *feel* things, or will it just be acting like it feels things but not really feeling them. Nobody knows, but lots of people have theories one way or the other. I (or anyone else with interest in AI) could talk for hours about it. But for now I’ll leave you with one thought experiment. How do you know that I have feelings? You may think that I act as if I have them, but how do you actually *know* that I have them? You don’t, do you?
