I have published around 200 papers – most of them involved computational experiments, and maybe 4 or 5 experiments per paper. So, I’ve done about 1,000 experiments.

Hundreds! Most of which didn’t work the way I wanted. That’s science for you!

I must have done about 1500 experiments – about 3 a week for 10 years? I’m obviously not as good at it as David though as I only have about 40 papers!!!
