• Question: do you belive in time paradox

      It’s possible, but if people from the future could travel back in time and causes paradoxes, like the grandfather paradox in the movie Back To The Future, then why aren’t we seeing visitors from the future now? I think that the physics of the Universe might have rules that prevents time travel, and that we might never find a way around it. Having said that, as I just replied to another question, if you look up at the night sky, the light from the stars we see was emitted millions of years ago — so we are “looking back in time” every time we look at the stars. If somebody from a distant planet could do the same and pointed their telescope at Earth, they might see dinosaurs roaming around!

      Well that’s a difficult one – many scientists believe that it will be possible to step forward in time (but only by very small amounts – not Tardis style). I can’t see us travelling backwards in time any time soon. But if we could, then whether the idea of a time paradox is correct isn’t really clear.
